busy streets are fading
till no ones there
gravity, evaporating
and we’re floating in the air
we’re floating in the air
and it feels like home
it feels like home
it feels like i’ve finally finally found my way
it feels like home
scenery is changing
without a sound
our lives are rearranging
wherever we are found
wherever we are found
I can't help but wonder why
You can't help but cross my mind
And i'm thinking of you (thinking of you)
Hope one day it all be clear
I'll be there or you'll be here
I'll be talking with you (long talks with you)
Under streetlights
On long car rides
I can't forget your eyes
Through the dark nights
Two hours till sunrise
I can't forget your eyes
Through the years and through the miles
I just want to see you smile
And be happy with you (happy with you)
I think somehow we could always see
It'd end up being you and me
Me and you (just me and you)
Ill be the chorus, you'll be the verse.
We'll live in a forrest of beautiful words.
I'll be the strings, you'll be the keys.
Together we'll find all the harmonies.
All we're got is all we have to give away,
So what I have not I fill in with what you got.
And we'll be okay.
Take yours and mine, we'll combine and we'll have everything.
Take yours and mine, we'll combine and we'll have everything.
I'll be the soil, you be the seed.
Together we'll plant whatever we need.
Turn on the sun, fill the watering can.
Watch love bloom, while I hold your hand.
All we've got is all we have to give away,
So what I have not I fill in with what you got.
And we'll be okay.
Take yours and mine, we'll combine and we'll have everything.
Take yours and mine, we'll combine and we'll have everything.
Yours and Mine.
Yours and Mine.
Yours and Mine.
Yours and Mine.
Take yours and mine, we'll combine and we'll have everything.
Yours and mine.

The instrumentation and songwriting in this album is really top-tier. Aofie is one of my favorite folk/alt-country artists and she performs wonderfully, bringing her unique tone of voice to this project. This album was my first step into Aofie's artistry, and is firmly one of my favorite albums. rileyridgway
The second EP from Northern Irish singer-songwriter Bea Stewart runs from gentle folk to pillowy pop ballads, all perfectly executed. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 15, 2024
